  ・アプリの改善およびサービス品質向上のため

2. 情報の第三者への提供

当アプリは、原則としてユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合は除きます。

• 緊急時の救助要請
  遭難等の緊急時において、警察・消防等の公的捜索機関、およびこれらに準ずる公的機関（遭難対策協議会等）から正式な要請があり、人命保護のために緊急の必要があると判断される場合。
• 統計データの活用
  個人を特定できない形式に加工した統計データ（電波到達マップ、登山者分布統計など）については、地図制作会社、通信事業者、自治体等の第三者に提供・販売する場合があります。

3. 免責事項

当アプリは安全対策を補助するものであり、遭難防止を保証するものではありません。当アプリの利用によって生じた損害等について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

This App is an auxiliary safety tool and does not guarantee the prevention of accidents. The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of this App.
